Southstar Shuttles and Freelap are proud to announce the installment of permanent Freelap transmitters in Rotorua

With the part sponsorship of NZRide, importersvand web-retailers of Freelap timing systems Southstar Shuttles Rotorua have installed permanent transmitters at the start of the National Downhill/Huckleberry Hound near the shuttle drop off and at the finish of the Downhill and Little Red Riding Huck. This means riders using a freelap watch can get automatically timed runs on these tracks, with times showing up on their watch - pretty damn cool!

Freelap Stopwatch

The new user friendly designed watch features all the same functions as the ild with the added bonus of some new technical features plus an alarm function and very fast computer download.

  • 2000 intermediate times, 64 files.
  • Large display intermediate time, speed (or heart rate) and time to kilometer
  • Backlight automatic.
  • Assisted mode: the stopwatch records the start when the athlete leaves the field of the transmitter.
  • Interval training: Start, lap time and finish time are recorded   automatically.
  • Distance programmation between transmitters : 10 to 6500m.
  • Data recovery in stopwatch or PC
  • Compatible : Heart rate monitor, Bike-Sensor and Sulky-Sensor
