Tom had the walk with the Doc archaeologist on Tues on the proposed route of the trail up to Moke Lake. She was loving it, found an old miners boots from the 1880′s! Looks like they rode flats not clips! Still have to wait on DoC’s reports but hopefully they’ll hurry up!
Thanks to the crew who came out last Thurs to clear the moke lake road trail to allow access for the archaeologist too.

Mat is away at the Tenacious D gig in auckland this monday. Pete is going to take the ride and pedal up the skyline road for a bit of fun in the Ben Lomond bike park. Feel free to come along and share the ride up the hill.

Good dig last week, good progress with more native singletrack. Thanks to all who came out!
Doing it again this Wednesday, no track building experience or special equipment required! Meet at the 7 Mile car park (town end) at 6pm every Wednesday.

Come along and join the club and Outside sports ladies for a fun social ride at Queenstown Bike Park. Just roll on up to the Skyline ticket office from 5pm and give them the secret code – “ladies night ride” for a discounted pass.
